With the temperature rising and school holidays beginning, here are a few tips/reminders to look after your skin while out and about this Summer!
1. Don’t forget to moisturize – skin needs adequate hydration all year round. Air-conditioned rooms can strip your skin of moisture.
2. Stick to the basics – use a high quality sunscreen, with a minimum SPF of 30. Apply this 30 minutes before heading outside. Application of a good-quality sunscreen will prevent UVA and UVB damage, thus limiting premature skin ageing.
3. Exfoliate – to slough away dead skin cells and get clearer, smoother skin try using a natural bristle body brush. Use the brush in circular motions all over dry skin before stepping into the shower.
They’re simple yet effective. A great and easy way to look after yourself and your loved ones.
