1. Download

Download the Phenix Health App from Google Play or the App Store.

2. Register
  • Register as a patient.
  • After registering, you will receive an activation link to the email address you provided during registration, select this link to verify your account.
  • This activation will automatically send you a temporary password that will allow you to login to your Phenix Health account.
3. Book Appointment

If this is your first time using Phenix Health select the ‘Book Appointment’ button on your Dashboard & book a video consult with your chosen GP.

Manage & record your families health and seek appropriate healthcare with the Phenix Health App from your smartphone or tablet wherever you go. All medical records are stored and synced on a secure cloud based Australian server.


Prescriptions sent to your pharmacy

Phenix Health allows you to select your pharmacy of choice and after your consultation has been completed, we can send your prescription directly to your pharmacy.


Radiology & Pathology Tests

Your GP or specialist can request pathology and radiology test results using Phenix Health. The app will notify you when results are available & you will be able to schedule your next appointment immediately to discuss them.
