Phone Call Telehealth: What’s Next?

Did you choose phone call as your telehealth preference? See more information below on how to undertake your telehealth consultation.

1. Receive Phone Call

You will receive a phone call from Phenix Health to confirm your booking, and your preferred pharmacy.

2. Doctor calls you directly

At the time of your appointment you can expect your GP to call you from a “No Caller ID”.

3. Medical certificates, referrals and prescriptions

Medical certificates and referrals will be emailed to you.

For prescriptions an SMS will be sent to you, confirming that your prescription has been emailed to your nominated pharmacy.


Video Call Telehealth: What’s Next?

Did you choose video as your telehealth preference? See more information below on how to undertake your telehealth consultation.

1. Receive Phone Call

You will receive a phone call from Phenix Health to confirm your booking, and your preferred pharmacy.

2. Video link sent via SMS

Once the appointment is approved by your GP. You will be sent a link via SMS a copy of this will also go to your email.

3. Join Video Call

At the time of your appointment simply click on the link sent to you, the video consult will begin once your GP joins the call.

4. Medical Certificates, Referrals

Medical certificates and referrals will be emailed to you.
For prescriptions an SMS will be sent to you, confirming that your prescription has been emailed to your nominated pharmacy.
