Video Consultations are paid for at the time of booking and are not eligible for a refund if you change your mind. If the doctor feels that your appointment is not suitable for a video conference, then at their discretion they can cancel the appointment and you will not be charged. Should a Health Professional speak to you via video or phone then a charge will be applied. Refunds will be offered if a technical issue from the PhenixHealth software prevents a health professional from completing a consultation. No refund can be provided should you be unreachable via SMS/call/email.
