How do I book a telehealth appointment?
On our website you can click the orange ‘Book a Consult’ button at the top of our website.
How do I receive my prescription?
If you receive a prescription from our medical practitioner, an eScript will be provided to you directly via email or sms.
How do I receive my medical certificate?
Once provided by our medical practitioner your medical certificate will automatically be sent to your email address. Please also check your junk folder if not received in your inbox.

What if I no longer need the appointment? Can I get a refund?
Video Consultations are paid for at the time of booking and are not eligible for a refund if you change your mind. If the doctor feels that your appointment is not suitable for a video conference, then at their discretion they can cancel the appointment and you will not be charged.
Should a Health Professional speak to you via video or phone then a charge will be applied. Refunds will be offered if a technical issue from the PhenixHealth software prevents a health professional from completing a consultation. No refund can be provided should you be unreachable via SMS/call/email.
Your appointment can be rescheduled if required.
